All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday. Once your payment is confirmed, your order moves into production immediately.
Ready-to-wear pieces are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.
Made-to-order pieces require 1–2 weeks of production time before dispatch. This allows our team to craft your piece with the care and attention it deserves. You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons, end of year, Easter, and summer, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays to you directly.
DÙNÚWÀ ships worldwide from our studio in Ibadan, Nigeria.
For international orders- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days to the UK, US and most international destinations.
For domestic orders within Nigeria we work with trusted local courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays or other factors outside our control. DÙNÚWÀ is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier partners once an order has been dispatched, however we will always do our best to support you in resolving any issues.
Shipping fees for both domestic and international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your payment.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please follow these steps before contacting us:
Check your tracking number at for the latest update on your shipment. Check with neighbours, a building reception or any safe location the courier may have left your parcel. Check that the delivery address provided at checkout was correct.
If after checking all of the above your order still has not arrived, or if there has been no movement on your tracking for more than 5 business days, contact us immediately at support@dunuwa.com or WhatsApp 08108516265 with your order ID and tracking number. We will open an investigation with the shippig company on your behalf.
Please note that investigations can take 5–10 business days to resolve. We will keep you updated throughout the process and work to find the best resolution for you as quickly as possible.
DÙNÚWÀ is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please double check your address carefully before confirming your order. Address changes can only be made before dispatch
contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address.
We take great care in preparing and packaging every DÙNÚWÀ order. However if you receive a piece that is wrong or arrives damaged, we will make it right.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report a wrong or damaged item. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
To report a wrong or damaged order, email us at support@dunuwa.com with the following:
Your full name and order ID, a clear description of the issue, clear photographs of the item received and in the case of damage, photographs of the packaging as well. Please do not dispose of the original packaging as it may be required for a delivery damage claim.
Once we receive your report we will review it within 2 business days and contact you with a resolution. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either send the correct piece, arrange a replacement or offer an exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds, resolutions will be in the form of a replacement or exchange.
