DÙNÚWÀ is a contemporary fashion house founded in Ibadan, Nigeria. The name comes from the Yoruba phrase Ìdùnú ewà meaning the joy of beauty. We work with traditional African fabrics such as aso oke, kampala, adire, batik, tribal print ankara and transform them into modern, wearable designs for people who want to carry their culture with them wherever life takes them.

To place a custom order:

Yes, we ship worldwide. Every DÙNÚWÀ piece is carefully packaged and dispatched from Ibadan, Nigeria via trusted logistics international shipping. For local deliveries within Nigeria, we work with trusted local couriers.
DÙNÚWÀ uses our own sizing system. Every size corresponds to specific body measurements, not generic labels, so the best way to find your size is to measure yourself and compare against our size guide.
To find your size:
- Take your bust, waist and hip measurements in inches.
- Compare your measurements against our size guide while placing your order.
- If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort or better yet, request a custom fit.

After placing your order, you have 24 hours to submit your measurements before production begins.

All measurement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Each DÙNÚWÀ piece comes with care instructions specific to its fabric. As a general guide:
- Hand wash or dry clean only
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron on a low heat with a pressing cloth
- Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight
